GPCS is hiring a Full Time Developmental Services Support Coordinator position.This position is responsible for providing support coordination to support children and adultswith Intellectual Disabilities (ID) and/or Developmental Disabilities (DD). Support Coordinationincludes conducting assessments, developing person-centered plans, and assisting eligibleconsumers in accessing the most appropriate services to meet their individual needs. This isaccomplished through linking, monitoring, documenting, coordinating resources, andadvocating for effective and responsive service provisions.Bachelor's degree in human servicesand experience with ID/DD population is required.The GPCS application is required and available at www.gpcsb.org under “Employment.”Salary range is 55,000- 69,031 based on education and experience.GPCS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
