Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Office 365, Azure Entra ID, and Intune, including user account management and troubleshooting.
- Manage Active Directory, group policies, and access control.
- Assist with basic networking tasks and connectivity issues.
- Set up and troubleshoot VPN configurations for remote users.
- Collaborate with development teams, understanding development cycles.
- Support ERP systems (such as SAP) for user administration.
- Provide on-call support and ensure high availability for IT issues.
- Support infrastructure with VMware or server administration skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Office 365, Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
- Basic networking and VPN configuration knowledge.
- Understanding of development cycles or app development.
- ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of VMware or server administration is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive support approach.
