Compensation: $17-22/hr

What You'll Do
- Manage warehouse operations including ordering, replenishment, inventory control, and truck restocking
- Support field technicians with timely and accurate delivery of materials
- Lead warehouse personnel, promoting a customer-focused, tech-friendly culture
- Handle purchasing for the plumbing division, aligning with company objectives
- Oversee daily operations, maintain SOPs, and ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Schedule and perform truck/warehouse inventories, troubleshooting discrepancies as needed
- Manage weekly replenishments to prevent out-of-stock situations and optimize material levels
- Maintain item master updates and ServiceTitan (ERP) truck templates for inventory accuracy
- Assist with truck fleet management and deployment in coordination with Operations leadership
What We're Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant warehouse experience with proven results
- Proficiency with warehouse management and ERP systems (ServiceTitan preferred)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to lift and transport >50 lbs
- Customer-focused, results-driven mindset with strong communication abilities
