WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Recruiter who will support talent acquisitions for various lines of business and locations within WIN Waste. This dynamic role will assist the TA Team in developing, implementing and driving recruitment strategies to source and recruit highly qualified candidates across our facilities. The Recruiter will partner with Hiring Managers and lead the full cycle recruitment process for entry level and manager level positions. Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process for the organization which involves recruiting for facilities across multiple states
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to source candidates and/or build talent pool for current and future needs
- Partner with hiring managers to set expectations, recommend processes around interviewing and hiring
- Conduct role briefing and expectations with hiring managers and set expectations for the recruitment process
- Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process; including submission of requisitions, recruit/source, scheduling interviews, candidate selection and facilitating pre-employment for new hires
- Work with the medical department to coordinate all new hire on-boarding pre-employment physicals
- Effectively execute targeted sourcing via phone and online tools to identify and engage qualified passive candidates
- Build strategic relationships with local professional groups and affinity organizations
- Support, challenge and drive best practice at each stage of the recruitment process
- Ensure all recruiting metrics/ KPI's are consistently met
- Work closely with Recruiting Manager and HR Managers to resolve issues
- Ability to travel to facilities and or career fairs to promote the businesses hiring needs
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration or 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in all steps of the full life cycle recruiting
- Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Preferred experience with conducting behavioral based interviews
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Demonstrated success in recruiting
