Description

The Delmar Gardens Family is seeking a Full-Time Staffing Coordinator (Scheduling Coordinator) for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be honest and fair, and tactfully interact with staff. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Med Tech (CMT) preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and update staff schedules
• Manage central supply
• Coordinate staffing with agency staff as needed
• Adjust schedules for continuity of care
• Greet and onboard agency staff
• Assist with daily assignment sheets for CNAs and CMTs
• Review bi-weekly payroll for CNAs and CMTs for accuracy
• Assist with reference checks, certification verification, and new hire follow-up
