The Company is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Operations to take on a pivotal role in the management of Major Incident and Change Management processes. The successful candidate will be the key figure in ensuring the rapid resolution of critical infrastructure issues, particularly in high-severity situations where they will act as the Incident Commander. This leadership position demands a professional with over 10 years of experience in infrastructure operations, with a focus on MIM and Change Management, and a background in top-tier financial institutions or large-scale enterprises. The role requires a deep technical understanding of various infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, cloud, and databases, and hands-on proficiency with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow. The Head of Infrastructure Operations will also be responsible for leading the Change Advisory Board, defining operational playbooks, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Candidates for this role at the company should be adept at working in high-pressure, fast-moving environments and be capable of not only coordinating but also actively contributing to root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions. Experience with globally distributed teams in a 24/7 setting is essential for driving operational excellence at scale. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and an ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher) certification is a nice-to-have.
