A Day in the Life:
As the Brand Director for Monster Energy Ultra, you'll be responsible for crafting, implementing, and continuously refining the brand marketing plan to align with the dynamic marketplace. Your role will encompass managing the brand's product portfolio, enhancing brand awareness, and setting the overarching brand strategy. You'll play a key role in shaping consumer preferences, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders. Additionally, you will lead the creation of marketing elements designed for use by sales teams and bottlers to boost retail presence and drive direct-to-consumer brand building.
