Description:

The Transformation Manager at Geffen Mesher champions organizational health and continuous improvement, aiming to enhance the firm's effectiveness through strategic initiatives. Reporting to the COO, the role involves identifying opportunities and leading projects that improve operational efficiency, profitability, and strategic alignment.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range is estimated between $120,000 and $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:

Responsibilities include:
