By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients. You'll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored, integrated solutions that help our clients solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. As a Director at CrossCountry Consulting, you will be responsible for client delivery, business development, leading teams, developing junior team members, and serving as a member of CrossCountry's leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Business Development: Lead and support business development cycles, leverage networks, develop pipelines, and partner with leadership to create relationships and drive revenue.
- Project Delivery: Lead assessments and roadmaps, provide SME expertise across CFO processes, oversee delivery teams, and identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
- Practice Leadership: Guide strategic initiatives, monitor industry trends, oversee client engagements, provide coaching, and contribute to thought leadership.
What You'll Bring
- 15+ years of experience in professional services advising enterprise companies in strategy, business processes, and technical areas like ERP, EPM, and analytics.
- Proven track record in originating sales, building client relationships, mentoring, and supporting high-growth or private equity clients is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- MBA preferred.
