Arootah is searching for an ICF accredited Executive and Leadership Coach to join our Coaching Department and work closely with our Director of Coaching, CEO Rich Bello, and members of Arootah's internal Coaching Team to further Arootah's mission to do the greatest good for the greatest number.

As Arootah's Director of Executive and Leadership Coaching, you will be highly involved in hiring, training, and managing Arootah's team of contract Executive Coaches, as well as developing our executive coaching programs and leadership development curriculum.

Our ideal candidate is a high-energy certified coach who's entrepreneurial-minded and prepared to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. We're looking for a team player who's able to effectively collaborate on projects while also self-managing and staying motivated independently.
