Assist with duties for Testing Services. Essential Functions and Responsibilities 1. Administering tests. 2. Proctoring the testing area. 3. Being diligent regarding details on green sheets, ensuring all testing materials are handed out as directed and returned. 4. Alphabetizing green sheets. 5. Logging in make-up test information on excel sheets & email. 6. Being diligent regarding details of what goes on in the office and in the testing area. 7. Answering the telephone. 8. Answering questions. 9. Registering student for CLEP test. 10. Verifying information on CLEP registration from with score report, attendance report, and registration book. 11. Filing score reports. 12. Additional information may be found here Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies Minimum Qualifications: 1. Be courteous, friendly and welcoming. 2. Be trustworthy, of good character. 3. Interact with fellow worker, professors, student, and the public in a kind and patient manner. 4. Work in a busy environment. 5. Multi-task. 6. Enjoy general office work-filling, alphabetizing, computer work. 7. Be detail oriented. 8. Speak English well. 9. Alphabetize within the alphabet. 10. Eligible for Federal Work Study or International Work Supplement (depending on position). Preferred Qualifications: 1. Office experience.
