What Youll Be Doing

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure smooth service
  • Serve as the communication link between families and caregivers
  • Keep team members informed and supported
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers
  • Provide occasional support to nearby Comfort Keepers offices

Requirements Please Read CarefullyWere looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and ready to grow with us long-term.To be considered, you must meet all of the following:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • Live within 1020 miles of the Tunkhannock office
  • Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
  • Experience in staffing or scheduling is preferred, but were happy to train someone dependable and eager to learn

Required qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 18 years or older
Preferred qualifications:
  • Dress code requirements: Natural hair color
  • 6+ months of experience in the personal care & services industry
  • At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
  • Own a personal vehicle
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid auto liability insurance
  • Background check
  • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
  • Drug screening
  • Management skills: hiring and onboarding
