As a valued Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the heart of our facility's operational excellence, responsible for:
Proactive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems (required expertise), plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Responsive Problem-Solving: Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents to efficiently diagnose and address any issues.
Effective Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems effectively to minimize downtime and ensure continuous comfort and safety.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.
Accurate Documentation: Document all maintenance activities thoroughly for clear and accurate recordkeeping, aiding in efficient facility management.
We're seeking a skilled, reliable, and proactive individual:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in maintenance, with a preference for experience within skilled nursing facilities or similar residential settings.
Proven HVAC experience is a strict requirement for this role.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment or materials safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills to quickly diagnose and address a wide range of maintenance challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and residents, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed professionally.
