Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Danville, VA Onsite Duration: 6 Months
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as deskside support specialist (hardware configuration & support)
- Proficient in troubleshooting experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 Suite of Applications
- Prior experience troubleshooting utilizing remote support tools
- Prior servicenow ticketing system experience
