Position Description The ideal candidate possesses the followingcharacteristics

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year order picker (man up equipment)experience required
• Must be able to pass forklift certificationwritten test, with hands on practical application
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing and able to work overtime asrequired
• Must be able to read and comprehend directionin English
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds(occasionally) with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10hours
• Must be willing and able to frequently push,pull, squat, bend, and reach

Preferred Qualifications

• WMS computer experience
• Excellent communication skills - able to train and assist team members
• Thinks outside of the box; searches forinnovative solutions
• Successful candidates will be required to passa background check.

Current Schedule

• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (Mondays 6:00 AM start time frequently)
• Possible Saturdays or extended weekday hoursas business needs require.
