**How exciting it is to work with an International Company doing business all around the World** DJ Giancola Exports Inc. is hiring for a newly created position of Logistics Coordinator to work closely with the Logistics Manager. Duties will include: * Answering incoming calls from vendors and customers * Must be proficient in email due to high levels of international emails to/from customers and vendors * Sufficient knowledge of computer programs including Outlook, Excel and Word * Background in transportation and logistics a plus * Dispatch trucks out to factories for pick ups of equipment * Following up with factories and providing details to customers * Generating order files * Must be punctual * Work Hours are 8 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch. * Full health, Dental and Vision Insurance available after just 90 days, Employer pays 40% of Health Insurance * 401K available after one year with dollar for dollar employer match * We offer NYS Short Term , plus Aflac enhanced Short term & Unum Long Term Insurance * Ten days PTO after one full year of employment * Low employee turnover * Small office staff * Covid vaccine not required
