- Prepare and maintain corporate records and documentation
- Assist in transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
- Conduct legal and compliance research
- Support corporate governance, filings, and regulatory adherence
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams as needed
Must-have qualifications
- 5+ years of current or recent experience as a corporate paralegal in a major law firm
- Substantial exposure to financial transactions, governance, and business planning
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience handling multi-state corporate compliance and entity management
- Familiarity with M&A deal cycle and post-closing integration support
