Work and Perks The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating on-brand assets for a variety of digital campaigns, including social media, email, web, in-store promotions, paid media, billboards, and gift card campaigns, as well as a variety of print collateral. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals and principles and be comfortable working in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Canva to create high-quality designs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owns the digital assets creation for various departments, including CRM, field marketing, online ordering, paid media, and email.
- Assists with photo and video shoots alongside Creative Production Supervisor, including retouching images and videos to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Manages multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and projects are completed on time.
- Performs other duties assigned by the supervisor and provides back-up support to peers within the Miller's Ale House Marketing Team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design.
- 3 plus years of graphic design experience in an agency or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Management of tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Quickly absorbs and analyzes large amounts of information and communicates to key stakeholders.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, all Social Media Platforms, and Project Management platforms.
- High level of understanding of following brand creative guidelines, graphic design fundamentals, typography, print, and digital marketing best practices
- Experience creating and editing print marketing materials, large format printing, packaging, digital ads, website assets, and social media content.
- Video editing experience for social media and digital ads preferred.
Must provide a portfolio of work that shows a clear understanding of visual communication, use of grid and hierarchy, use of typography and imagery, and clear understanding of branded campaigns. Flat layouts of original work are preferred over mockups.
