You'll receive insights from industry experts, learn effective client acquisition techniques, and gain access to a vast network of experienced financial advisors.

To begin your journey as a Financial Consultant, you will need to obtain the following licenses: Life/Accident & Health Certifications, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6, 7, and 63. Northwestern Mutual will assist with pre-payment and reimbursement of course tuition fees and materials.

Compensation & Benefits Your compensation structure is based on performance, allowing for robust earning potential:

  • Average annual earnings of $61K-$119K (based on company data from 2018-2023 for representatives in their first three years)
  • Top 25% advisor annual earnings of $137K-$250K

Additional income support during your training phase, ongoing renewal income for client support, bonus opportunities, and expense allowances are available. We also offer support for obtaining relevant insurance licenses and Certified Financial PlannerĀ® certification, alongside a fully company-funded retirement package with pension plan and comprehensive health benefits.
