We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing nurses, physicians, and clinical staff. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of full-cycle recruitment in the healthcare industry, understands the nuances of clinical hiring, and is driven to exceed placement goals while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle from intake through offer acceptance for nursing, physician, and allied health roles.
  • Partner closely with healthcare organizations to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, digital campaigns, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and credentialing requirements.
  • Prepare and present candidate submissions to clients in a polished and professional manner.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client data in ATS systems.
  • Provide market insights, recruitment strategies, and talent pipeline updates to clients.
  • Meet and exceed recruiting KPIs and placement targets.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus in healthcare (nurses, physicians, allied health, or clinical staff).
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume pipelines and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Familiarity with credentialing, licensing, and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
