Job Summary:

Are you passionate about music and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic Music Sales Consultants to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to achieve personal sales goals while supporting our store's objectives and fostering meaningful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed your personal sales goals through proactive selling efforts.
• Promote our comprehensive Music & Arts lesson program to enhance customer engagement.
• Build strong connections with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to drive business.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations based on training and product knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Encourage customer loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.
• Participate in various store operations, including merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
• Help secure the store by managing keys and alarm codes responsibly.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music
