We have a unique opportunity - the position of Junior Analyst - which can offer a highly passionate marketer with excellent Excel skills the opportunity to assist advertising efforts for when one of Philadelphia's premier real estate groups. The job duty is simply supporting in performance reporting and technology across the Post Brothers portfolio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Job Functions
- Build and update reports to support performance, including return on investment, agent closing ratios, referral leasing, appointment source tracking, digital marketing campaigns, website metrics, email marketing, internet listing sites, monthly leasing goal tracking, reviews & surveys, renewal performance, demographics, and pricing documents.
- Support the marketing team by providing administrative assistance with marketing tools and platforms, including Smartsheet, RentCafe, Yardi, and Hy.ly, with basic troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation.
- Update and scrub reporting data and support updates to keep raw data accurate, insightful, and readily-accessible.
- Conduct detailed research on rental market competitors, including rent comparables, market absorption, bedroom category trends, and concessions.
- Manage invoice tracking and approvals in coordination with the Accounting team.
Positional Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a marketing, data, or analytics role (internships or academic projects a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar (training can be provided)
- Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Analytics degree highly preferred.
- Willingness to learn with a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
- This is an in-person position at our corporate office.
