This position is 100% work from home.Job Purpose/Summary We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts & Finance Manager to support our finance operations and contract administration efforts. This role is responsible for preparing key monthly financial reports, supporting revenue and commission tracking, and maintaining accurate customer contract records. While this position does not manage the full lifecycle of contracts, it plays an important role in ensuring contract documentation is current, accessible, and tracked appropriately - including managing renewal timelines and key contractual terms. The ideal candidate has a strong financial background, is comfortable working cross-functionally, and is highly proficient in NetSuite, Excel, and financial reporting tools. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and maintain key monthly financial schedules and reports, including:
  • P&L summaries
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Net revenue tracking and trend reports
  • Department-level budget vs. actuals
  • Support month-end close processes and assist in preparing internal reporting packages.
  • Monitor and report on net revenue growth and related performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update KPI dashboards and financial models to support leadership decision-making.
Contract Records & Reporting
  • Track and monitor contract renewal dates, termination clauses, and other key terms to ensure timely action by the Client Management team.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure updates to contract terms are captured and reflected in financial and operational systems.
  • Provide reporting on new contracts and upcoming contract expirations to support timely renewal planning and compliance.
Commission & Incentive Support
  • Prepare monthly sales commission reports, including tracking and validating commission data.
  • Work with Sales and Finance leadership to ensure timely and accurate reporting of earned commissions.
  • Assist with the development of commission tracking models and support documentation.
Other Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all QMC HIPAA privacy policies and procedures. This includes always maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information.
  • Ensures consistent adherence to company attendance policies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, contract administration, or related finance role.
  • Familiarity with commission tracking models and tools
  • Experience in a services-based or healthcare-related industry.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas), and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
