JOB SCOPE: Responsible for ensuring that supplies and equipment are stocked and ready for service. Assists servers with guest satisfaction in all ways necessary. Other duties as required. JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Clean and reset tables for service according to department manual standard.
- Adhere to LPM grooming/ service standards and policies.
- Ensures all dirty China, silver, glasses, etc. go to the dishwasher and are broken down accordingly.
- Replenish all service items; silverware, glassware, China, linen, general supplies, food as needed.
- Ensure proper storage of all service items (see above).
- Ensure that cream, water and juice service is constantly replenished during the service.
- Stock jam, butter, and cream cheese for the next service period.
- Set up breadbasket for next service period.
- Assist servers in serving guests.
- Assist servers in pre bussing tables.
- Serve and replenish water upon guest request.
- Assist other bus persons when needed.
