The base pay will be determined based on your skills and experience, with potential for bonuses based on team performance. Veterans, transitioning military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

As a Personal Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct care to residents under the supervision of a professional nurse.
  • Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Documenting the delivery of care and maintaining residents' clinical records.
  • Following safety and infection control policies.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Responding promptly to resident requests and emergencies.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members.
  • Attending educational programs to enhance your skills.
  • Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • 1-3 months of related experience preferred.
    • Completion of a 75 hour home health aide curriculum is required.
    • Must adhere to state certification regulations.

    The role may involve physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and assisting residents. Be prepared for potential exposure to communicable diseases, blood-borne pathogens, and various workplace hazards.
