Title: Director Back Office Operations Location: Metropark, NJ (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$560-$800/Day Description Manage the daily operations and provide support to senior management in back office operations. Oversee activities related to securities, including clearing and settlement processes. Handle operational aspects of a US repo matched book. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Work closely with treasury and repo desks on daily funding activities. Key Responsibilities Manage trade processing and matching. Oversee settlements and corporate actions. Handle securities borrowing and lending activities. Manage claims processing. Interface with regulatory reporting functions. Qualifications Experience with compliance and FINRA requirements for broker dealer operations. Proficiency in stock record management. Experience with regulatory exams and reporting. Basic knowledge of customer reserve and net capital charges. Series 27 Registration is a plus.
