The Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking applicants for a full-time Security Guard. Regular, full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Flexibility required to cover additional shifts as needed, including weekdays, evenings, or holidays, based on operational requirements. The selected candidate will staff the Visitor Center, conduct security patrols, respond to alarms and emergencies, monitor CCTV systems, and maintain the security of the SDL campus.
The selected candidate must be punctual and reliable, able to work alone, walk across uneven surfaces, climb stairs, and tolerate adverse weather conditions. SDL delivers advanced multi-domain solutions to protect national security and enable scientific discovery. Our expertise in satellites, sensors and instruments, ground systems and data processing, and autonomous systems plays a critical role in missions supporting NASA and the Department of Defense. Salary Range $29,000 - $57,000 Salary commensurate based on education and relevant experience. This range serves as a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as role, level, location, market conditions, and individual qualifications, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
