The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a friendly, outgoing, and customer-service focused seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Yellowstone Vacations in Gardiner, Montana . As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretary duties to help the organization run efficiently.

What will you do?

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Drive from Gardiner to Mammoth to start snow coaches in the AM.
• Drive from Gardiner to Mammoth to clean and fuel snow coaches in the PM.
• Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information on our services.
• Take reservations and make charges to customer credit cards.
• Resolve small issues as they arrive for guests.
• An unrestricted and valid driver's license required.

• An unrestricted and valid driver's license required.
• Willing to work split shift.
• Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone.
• Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures manual.
• Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors.
