Job Description: Department: Criminal Justice Job Title: Clerical Assistant Number of Vacancies: 1 SSTA Supervisor: Sandra LaCroix Position Type: Non-Supervisory Number of Hours Per Week: 5.5 General Statement of Duties/Responsibilities: Organize, catalogue and file paper documents, library materials Conduct online internship information searches to update Internships eBook Assist with bulletin board information upkeep Monitor marketing materials volume; update folders for events Maintain office supply volumes Assist Secretary with google documents archive Assist Faculty with various projects Assist with other office related projects/procedures as necessary Requirements: Preferred Qualifications: The applicant must have a cognizant attention to detail and the ability to apply instructions accurately to ensure quality project completion. Supervisors will assist wherever necessary and expect applicant questions, input and interaction to enhance and strengthen the applicants professional confidence and collaboration for future career endeavors. The projects and work output of this position require the WS student to work independently, and also to work collaboratively with supervisory staff and faculty.
