Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of plant maintenance. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of maintenance programs. The Maintenance Manager will provide strong leadership to the maintenance team while driving performance, safety, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Oversee daily maintenance activities, including scheduling, planning, and coordination of outages.
  • Utilize and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders, history, inventory, and purchasing.
  • Analyze equipment performance data and failure records to identify root causes and improve reliability.
  • Manage staffing, training, and development of maintenance personnel; assist with hiring and onboarding.
  • Ensure a strong safety culture and compliance with all safety requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and implement plant improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute reliability-centered maintenance strategies to optimize availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide required reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Foster a positive work environment by motivating team members and addressing employee concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
  • Minimum 6 years of maintenance experience in power generation or a similar heavy industrial environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of control systems, rotating equipment, and high-pressure boilers.
  • Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance management practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive reliability improvements and team performance.
