Application Instructions Thank you for applying! Position Description Position Description: This position performs administrative and support activities for the Toolroom located in the Green Bay, WI Distribution Center. Principal Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for National Installation (fixture) division
  • Assist the Commercial Flooring Installation Managers as required
  • Approve Commercial Flooring timesheets
  • Order, allocate and receive sundries and tools
  • Spot check monthly if tool and sundry inventory is correct
  • Credit material or sundry items to inventory after completion of jobs
  • Collect receipts from installers and properly code online to the appropriate department
  • Receive the job card at project completion and review any special notes if necessary while confirming all material lines are delivered. Next, send the job cards to the office for PM review for the Commercial Flooring Department
  • Tool Room Sheets (as needed)
  • Enter tool room sheets into RFMS and verify job number, installer name and product entry. Seek additional information for accuracy
  • Create billing groups when needed to enter specific items to keep separate from the initial job setup
  • Utilize Timberline for job information when setting up a new job in RFMS
  • For all installation and tool room products entered in RFMS jobs the blue group #4 is assigned
  • Requests hotels for the Commercial Flooring Department weekly
  • GigaTrak maintenance including but not limited to:
    • Item entry
    • Employee entry
    • Maintain purchases and transfers taking place in the field
    • Maintain new vehicles and trailers
  • Vehicle Maintenance including but not limited to
    • Fuel logs (mileage entry)
    • Insurance card distribution
    • Call for vehicle repair and oil change requests
    • Maintain the vehicle spreadsheet for new vehicles and/or transfers
    • Maintain the vehicle registrations (new and renewals)
    • Help with MV11 forms when vehicles are sold
  • Keep track of all I-passes, Fastracks, and Sun Passes
    • Damage inspection reports
Other Duties As Assigned: Performs other related duties as assigned including supporting team members in the completion of their work for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the business. Position Requirements Experience/Education Required:
  • 3-5 years administrative experience in a construction environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Microsoft Office efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
