Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Quality Control Inspector to work at a company located in the Middlebury, IN area!Job Title Quality Control InspectorPosition Location Middlebury, INPay/hours for position 1st Shift | Overtime Required Pay based on experienceRequirements of position We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Middlebury, IN. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of aluminum materials used in production.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to read and interpret tape measures and blueprints
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be reliable and open to consistent overtime
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

    • Responsibilities of position · Inspect aluminum material for defects, inconsistencies, and overall quality· Use measurement tools, including tape measures, calipers, and gauges, to verify product specifications· Document inspection results and report any non-conforming materials· Work closely with production and shipping teams to resolve quality issues· Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records· Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (jeans, steel-toe boots, hard hat)· Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring quality issuesSchedule: Monday – Friday, 1st shift (start times vary by department) Dress Code: Jeans, steel-toe boots, and hard hat required (PPE provided if needed)If you meet the qualifications and are looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth, apply today!The JobSquad Solutions Team is made up of experts around the country.
