SUMMARY Responsible for accurately processing all vehicle deal paperwork, including sold and trade-in units. This role ensures that all documentation is complete, compliant with dealership and regulatory standards, and that legible digital copies are produced and retained electronically. They demonstrate a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. As a key member of the administrative team, the Contract Clerk collaborates closely with sales and finance to support a smooth and timely deal closing process. - $20 - $22 per hour depending on experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Organize and Scan in car deals
- Receive and process all paperwork from the Office Lead or GM
- Post in transits • Receipt in cash/check/VISA deposits on car deals
- Follow up with issues concerning paperwork and/or funds
- Create and label new/used inventory jackets
- Scan additional documents into deals as necessary
- Accurately file items • Email, Fed ex and mail contracts
- Perform all tasks by deadlines and in timely manner
- Be willing to help co-workers with other tasks
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area • Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately

QUALIFICATIONS
- Clear and concise communication skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Graduate or GED Equivalency.
- Automotive office experience preferred but not required.
