We are looking for experienced production finishers to operate machines, deburr, polish, and perform quality inspections on parts. This is an excellent opportunity to work with newer equipment, a long-term customer base, and a team that values skill and reliability. Location: Fridley, MN Wage: $22 - $28/hr (based on 3-5 years of experience) Hours:
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Part-time available (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Overtime available

Duties of the production finisher / machine operator:
- Operate production machines
- Deburr parts
- Use hand and power tools for finishing
- Perform blasting, sanding, grinding, and polishing
- Conduct quality inspections of parts
Requirements of the production finisher / machine operator:
- Experience using a microscope
- Production or manufacturing experience
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
