RiverSpring Health Plans serves over 18,000 frail and disabled individuals, empowering them to live independently in their homes for as long as possible. Under the supervision of the Manager of Intake, the Intake Scheduling Specialist processes referrals; explains the program(s) and their benefits to potential enrollees and their families; addresses Medicaid issues of potential enrollees to Entitlement department and timely follows up on their resolution; schedules RNs visits, communicates to referral source about status of referrals; assures accuracy of data entry and demographic updates; provides office assistance to Intake/Outreach department; performs related duties as assigned. Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred 2 years recent work experience in health care setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communicational skills.
- Ability efficiently use necessary computer software applications (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Bilingual Russian or Bengali required.
Compensation:
- Hourly salary: $27.00
