Job Description :
JOB SUMMARY The Operations Support provides essential operational support to global securities lending and secured funding trading desks across both equity and fixed income products. This role involves direct interaction with trading, client service organizations, and multiple operations teams worldwide, including Settlements, Corporate Actions, Finance, Prime Brokerage, Cash Management, and Risk. The analyst ensures timely and accurate trade processing, reconciliation, and resolution of trade exceptions while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the smooth functioning of global operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure securities lending and secured funding trades are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve trade exception issues by liaising with trading desks and appropriate support teams.
  • Perform trade reconciliation and promptly resolve breaks.
  • Address failing trades by working with the trading desk and counterparties.
  • Troubleshoot ad-hoc issues and respond to both trading desk and client demands.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely and compliant trade support activities.
  • Manage direct client contact and relationship responsibilities, ensuring excellent service delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and Word.
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse tasks and shifting priorities.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Prior experience in financial services, securities lending, or secured funding operations.
  • Familiarity with global markets, settlements, and trading operations.
  • Exposure to client relationship management in a financial services environment.
EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree required.
