Shift 40 hours per week; Mostly Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but there will be some evenings and weekends. Job Summary Reporting to the Director of the Visitor Center, the Visitor Center Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the campus visit experience for over 30,000 annual guests. This position independently manages daily operations, supervises and schedules 60+ student tour guides, and makes critical decisions that directly impact visitor programming, staffing, and outreach efforts. The Coordinator serves as a lead presenter to prospective students and families, oversees group tour logistics, and collaborates with campus partners to ensure high-quality service delivery. In addition to managing recruitment and hiring of student tour guides, this role co-develops training programs, administers internal communications, and triages operational challenges in real time. The Coordinator also maintains oversight of the Visitor Center's calendar and conference room scheduling, and acts as the primary decision-maker in the Director's absence. As outreach initiatives expand, this position will play a key role in planning, executing, and evaluating new engagement strategies in alignment with Enrollment Management goals.
