Job Description Operations Administrative Support Come join our growing Operations team! We are looking for an Operations Administrative Support Specialist with a focus on contract and customer account set up, warranty claims management, customer service and insurance renewals. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and thrives on attention to detail and process management. If you're looking to be a part of a collaborative, growing company - APPLY NOW! Daily Tasks and Functions:
  • Set up and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate entry of contracts, master agreements, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate insurance renewals for customer accounts, ensuring up to date and compliant coverage documentation.
  • Handle warranty/guarantee claim intake, processing and resolution tracking, partnering with internal teams and customers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service support to internal & external customers, responding to inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
  • Analyze reports to ensure compliance with testing protocols for Energy Programs
  • Work closely with sales manager, regional manager, Field Operations team
  • Actively engage in continued process improvements
  • Responsible for overall knowledge, maintenance and accuracy of all regional accounts and programs including required testing and associated documents
  • Assist accounts receivable, process invoices & payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with scheduling field inspections in multiple states
  • Housing starts data entry both manual and automated processes
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
  • At least 5 years' administrative experience
  • Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, & Outlook
  • Critical thinker with analytic expertise
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Construction experience is preferred but will train
  • High school diploma or GED
