Compensation Range: $80k - $83k annually

Your Role as a Clinical Rehabilitation Liaison

• Develop strategies to build business census aligned with company goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships within your territory, with a focus on in-person interactions.
• Streamline the referral-to-admission process for efficiency.
• Educate community members, referral sources, and physicians on our hospital programs and services.
• Leverage market analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Address and resolve admission barriers while following up on admissions metrics.
• Conduct informative presentations and in-services about our services and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and a clean driving record based on company policy.
• Active state professional clinical license and CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience preferred.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison roles or successful healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.
