We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our non-profit team. As a key member of our organization, you will support other staff members with administrative duties. Provide administrative support to other staff members to ensure efficient operation of the office. • Answer phone calls, take messages, enable access to the facility, schedule meetings and support visitors. • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, emailing, copying, binding, scanning etc. • Print, collate and complete mailings. • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques. • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
