PACT-Y In Home Clinician - Community Based - Waltham Join Wayside Youth & Family Support Network as a clinician for the PACT-Y program, an innovative, evidence-based treatment model in Massachusetts. This DMH-funded, community-based program serves youth and their families. We seek flexible professionals with experience in Behavioral Approaches. We offer a competitive salary of $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, plus a sign-on bonus!This is a clinical position and due to contract obligations requires a completed master's degree in mental health counseling, social work or related field.Brief overview of position:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide individual and family counseling using trauma-informed and culturally responsive interventions.
- Assist caregivers in navigating systems and accessing resources.
- Create care plans and interventions to support client growth.

Please see detailed job description below: Salary Range:$65,000.00 - $70,000.00/year + sign-on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and the other half paid after 90 days of employment/pro-rated for part time). What you will do:
- Work as part of a strong, collaborative, multidisciplinary team with the youth, young adults, caregivers and providers to ensure close collaboration and coordination of care.
- Conduct individual and family counseling using trauma informed and culturally responsive interventions for youth and their families.
- Encourage youth to have an active voice in their treatment.
- Assist caregivers in navigating systems, to promote their awareness of resources and access to supports.
- Empower caregivers with skills and strategies to support their child's behavioral health needs.
- Create care plans and interventions to support skill-based growth for clients.
- Promote and strengthen family's natural supports to foster a welcoming and supportive community for the youth.
- Ensure that client's rights are respected, particularly in regard to cultural competency.
- Collaborate with other community-based organizations to provide services and care for clients.
- Provide on-call support as part of a rotating schedule. Candidate will need to cover 1 weekend every other month.

Minimum Requirements:
