Join Our Team as a Production Laborer!

We offer flexible scheduling options for our Production Laborers. Choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle:

  • Weekly rotating shifts between 1st and 2nd (1st: 6am - 2pm, 2nd: 2pm - 10pm)

Or:

  • Straight 3rd shift (3rd: 10pm - 6am)

As a Production Laborer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately reporting time, production, and material usage.
  • Setting up machinery by preparing materials and retrieving paper from storage.
  • Inputting production run information, measurements, and job details using a computer.
  • Reporting any irregularities, maintenance needs, or quality concerns to the appropriate staff.
  • Assisting the team with running, changing over, starting up, and cleaning the machinery.
  • Checking raw materials and corrugated paper inventory to prevent shortages during production runs.
  • Using measuring tools to verify dimensions of corrugated products to ensure high quality.
  • Troubleshooting machine issues and suggesting improvements to enhance processes.
  • Keeping your work area clean and orderly.
  • Performing other assigned tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. While previous manufacturing experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. Strong human relations and verbal communication skills are necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay for the Production Laborer role is $23.40 per hour, with opportunities for advancement. You'll have access to our health and wellness clinics, which are available at no cost for you and your dependents. Additional benefits include:
