INTAKE COORDINATOR - STEPPING STONES
SUMMARY Receives, screens and advises potential admissions via phone and mail for Inpatient and Outpatient units, following admission guidelines and seeking consultation as needed.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in social/behavioral sciences, education or related field. CAC or CAC eligible preferred. At least one year of experience working in the addictions treatment field in a clinical capacity. Knowledge and understanding of the 12-step recovery program and therapy modalities related to the treatment of chemical dependency and abuse.
