Position Summary
The Property Management Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and upkeep of rental properties under the management of the company. This role plays a critical part in maintaining tenant satisfaction, property value, and overall operational efficiency. The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and collaborate closely with other team members.
