Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line. You will be responsible for loading and unloading parts, inspecting them for defects, and assembling them according to specifications using hand tools. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work quickly to keep up with the speed of the moving production line.
Responsibilities
Load and unload parts from the production line and inspect them for defects.
Assemble parts according to each part's specification using hand tools.
Perform inventory audits and reconcile daily electronic transactions.
Mark defective parts for rework and place them on the designated area.
Package all finished parts into the shipping racks for customer delivery.
Essential Skills
Experience in material handling.
Proficiency with RF scanners.
Experience operating sit-down forklifts.
Ability to work overtime.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working on an assembly line is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment
Our work environment is high-paced and involves collaboration with a large team of approximately 1500 employees. While not completely climate-controlled, the environment is maintained at a moderate temperature, ensuring comfortable working conditions. We offer multiple shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, to provide flexibility and accommodate various schedules.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.41 - $18.91/hr.
