This is an entry-level, physically demanding, and fast-paced role - ideal for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to grow. Potential to level up to Machine Operator. Key Responsibilities:
- Remove full napkin bags from the machine
- Stack on skids, label, and move using a pallet jack (hand truck)
- Monitor the machine and clear jams as needed
- Keep pace with fast production output
- Follow all safety, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines
Requirements:
- No prior experience required - we'll train you
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be comfortable with physical work including:
- Twisting and turning
- Lifting and stacking
- Operating a pallet jack
- Able to stay on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
