The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. Education Required High School diploma or equivalent Education Preferred Associate or bachelor's degree Experience Required
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar/related role
Experience Preferred 1-3 years of related experience Skills, Characteristics Required for Position
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)

  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner
  • Maintain and organize office files (digital and physical) and records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room booking and logistics
  • Greet and assist visitors and handle general inquiries
  • Support the planning and execution of university events and activities
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases or CRM systems
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Assist with communications including email newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
