Administrative Assistant to Executive Chairman - Focus on Private Travel & Aviation We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support an Executive Chairman in a uniquely high-profile, fast-paced environment in West Hollywood. This role is distinguished by its primary focus on managing complex private travel arrangements, including extensive work with private aviation. Prior experience coordinating private jet travel is required. • Private Jet & Aviation Coordination: Oversee all aspects of the Executive Chairman's private flight schedule, including liaising directly with aviation companies, pilots, and charter services. Manage aircraft logistics, coordinate charters when the plane is not in use, and ensure seamless travel experiences for both business and personal trips. • Comprehensive Travel Management: Arrange intricate domestic and international itineraries involving private jets, commercial flights, ground transportation, and luxury accommodations. Research and recommend hotels, restaurants, and exclusive venues tailored to executive preferences. • Executive Support: Maintain an impeccably organized executive office. Prepare meeting materials and agendas, coordinate high-profile events, and support special projects with discretion and efficiency. • Communication Gatekeeper: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications for the Executive Chairman, prioritizing requests and maintaining confidentiality at all times. • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Manage sensitive information with absolute discretion.
