Location: Devens, MA Industry: Medical Device Manufacturing We're partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer in Devens, MA to hire Production Assemblers and Machine Operators for both Day and Night shifts. These are Temp-to-Hire roles with long-term growth potential in a clean, controlled, and highly regulated environment.
Pay Rates: - Day Shift: $20/hour
- Night Shift: $22/hour
Shift Schedule (12-Hour Rotating Shifts): - Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Rotation: Work 2 days, off 3 days, work 3 days, off 2 days (includes every other weekend)
Job Title: Production Worker - Medical Device Assembly & Operation
Key Responsibilities: - Assemble small medical device components with precision
- Inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications
- Operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment
- Package and label medical products per FDA and ISO standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area (cleanroom protocols may apply)
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products
- Load and refill materials in production machines
- Follow detailed instructions and documentation for each product batch
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors
- Support other production tasks as assigned
Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Comfortable working with small parts in a regulated environment
- English speaking and literacy required (reading work instructions and labels)
- Ability to follow strict safety and quality procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to stand or sit for extended periods
- Prior experience in medical device or cleanroom manufacturing is a plus, but not required
