This position serves as the primary point of contact for all dual enrollment programs, playing a key role in advancing the University's land-grant mission of expanding access to higher education through impactful recruitment, enrollment, and student success initiatives. Located in Brookings, South Dakota, this position is a 12-month, full-time, benefits-eligible position. The Continuing & Distance Education department broadens educational access through high-quality online and off-campus programs. Offering a wide array of in-demand undergraduate and graduate options, as well as flexible degree-completion tracks, the department supports learners at every stage-wherever they are Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary contact and advisor for high school personnel, students, and families involved in SDSU dual enrollment programs.
- Coordinate with academic units to offer dual and concurrent courses, ensuring accurate processes and timely communication.
- Collaborate on marketing, outreach, and recruitment efforts, maintaining a strong web presence and conducting regular high school visits.
- Represent SDSU on the system-wide dual enrollment team, sharing best practices and advocating for program needs.
- Support student success through advising, resources, and events that promote career pathways and connection to SDSU.

Relocation benefits are available per university's guidelines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Earned four-year college degree at time of application;
- Minimum of one year experience in enrollment and/or student support services;
- Experience working with a various populations of high school and/or post-secondary students;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Valid driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire; and
- Strong interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in area related to college or school counseling, student services, academic advising;
- At least three years of experience in enrollment and/or student support services;
- Demonstrated understanding of the use of technology to recruit and/or deliver student support services in a higher education setting;
- Demonstrated experience with online and/or distance learning;
- Ability to work autonomously.
